Heqet

Here's my vision of Heqet (or Heqtit), the frog-headed Egyptian goddess, mostly associated with the last moments of childbirth and of the flooding of the Nile ! She was the wife of Khnum, the god of the source of the Nile, and her name was thought to be the origin of the name of Hecate, the Greek goddess of the moon, crossroads and witchcraft.
