Catoblepas

Here's my take on the legendary Catoblepas, a creature with a deadly stare, poisonous breath and saliva, but a head so heavy it can only drag it along the ground. It eats toxic plants, and according to Pliny the Elder, it would live in Ethiopia.

Maybe I messed up with the green smoke effect...
